w00t weddings & events provides a variety of party planning help for any celebration from birthdays, to baby showers, anniversaries, announcements, and of course weddings!
Start with a phone call, for your free, no-commitment consultation. We’ll navigate through your ideas and set up a sample itinerary which includes day-of and pre-event.
The Inspiration Package
Starting at $200
Our basic paid consultation package is for the enthusiastic, and fanatic DIY-er who just needs a little extra assistance bringing their ideas together. From sourcing crafts, to planning your event vision board, you can count on the experienced team at w00t to help put the frosting on the cake!
The Design Package
starting at $400
The Design Package gives you more hands-on help. You tell us your theme, number of guests and venue location (we can also help find your venue), and we’ll coordinate and organize all of the details – including decorations, invitations, favors, caterers & food to ensure everything is ready to go for your big day. We are not on-site for the event itself.
The Marquee Package
starting at $1200
Our Marquee Package includes The Design Package plus we will be on-site the day of to help cover any incidentals that may crop up.
